Job Overview
At mea platform, we have an opening for Support Engineer, he/she will have the chance to work alongside tech and operations team to help troubleshoot and optimize the platform. The individual should have a problem-solving and technical mindset and should be open to learning about our platform capabilities, tech stack, SQL, security operations, cloud security (AWS), and compliance requirements.
Reports to: Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Understand our Product, its AI modules, and cloud-based services.
- Act as a bridge between the tech and client solutions team, escalating and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging support related challenges.
- Work with developers to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Assist in incident management, system monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Support CI/CD workflows, deployments, and cloud infrastructure maintenance.
- Create internal documentation, knowledge bases, and best practices for the team.
- Stay updated with new technologies and proactively suggest improvements.
Education and Skills
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Btech
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality, ability to work independently and as part of a team alongside developers.
- Willing to skill up on tech stack, web development and AWS. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for tracking changes in code.
- Exposure to SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- A logical mindset to break down complex problems into simpler parts.
