Mike Mcgavick Non-Executive Chair & Advisor

Mike McGavick is a veteran CEO and board leader known for steering global financial institutions through transformation and growth. Mike is the Co-Chairman of the Operating Board of Directors at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, joining the Internal Board as an outside director in June 2021. Previously, Mike served for a decade as the CEO of XL Group, now AXA XL and was Chairman, President, and CEO of Safeco Insurance. He was also an active participant in the industry’s trade and representative bodies, including serving as Chairman of the Geneva Association and the American Insurance Association.
