Technical Account Manager (Insurance Domain)

Role Overview
We are looking for a client-facing professional who combines strong insurance domain knowledge with a solid understanding of technology platforms. This role acts as the primary interface between clients and our internal product/engineering teams, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, translated, and successfully delivered. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with client stakeholders, addressing technical queries, and driving end-to-end ownership of requirements from discussion through implementation and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand business workflows, requirements, and pain points
- Translate client requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to: Prioritize requirements,
- Align with sprint planning, Track implementation progress
- Address client queries related to product capabilities, integrations, and technical workflows
- Facilitate regular discussions with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues
- Ensure timely closure of client-reported issues and escalations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements to the product
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the insurance domain (underwriting, claims, submissions, or related workflows)
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system integrations, etc.)
- Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills — both business and technical
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with insurance technology platforms or data processing systems
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with data formats (Excel, JSON, APIs) and enterprise workflows
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA)
